Each session is unique to the person receiving depending on the concerns of the individual. It is ideal to arrive in light colored clothing. This service is available only in person. The first 15-30 minutes of session is for sharing concerns and allowing the elevated ancestors to share information related to blockages. 30-45 minutes are spent on the table. We begin by a 15-20 min talk about where you are in your journey & intention for the session with traditional herbal tea. We open the space to allow your spiritual team to speak & decide where exactly you need to travel in the spirit world that aligns with your intention. We then open with a sacred ceremony with drumming & tradition herbal smudging to allow you to journey to the spirit realm.
